One handyman, not a call centre
You message and call the same person who later stands in your hallway with a drill. I do not pass jobs on to anyone else.
I do small repairs in flats — first as a labourer on renovations, then on my own. I do not pretend to do everything: I will not touch gas pipework or the building's incoming supply, because that is work for a licensed specialist. I will tell you in the chat instead of wasting your day.
I arrive with my own tools, including a vacuum — after drilling there is no grey film left on your books. Shoes come off or covers go on, furniture gets sheeted. That sounds like a detail until someone treads concrete dust into your living room.
We can talk in English, Polish or Ukrainian, whichever is easier for you. You get a receipt, and a VAT invoice for your company on request.
The kit that comes with me
- Hammer drill and cordless driver
- Detector for cables, pipes and studs
- Laser level and tape measure
- Workshop vacuum for drilling
- Multimeter and voltage tester
- Plumbing wrenches, silicone gun
- Protective sheeting and shoe covers
Rules I keep
- Price agreed before the work — never "let's see at the end"
- A specific hour; if I am late you hear it from me first
- No upselling work you do not need
- I will not do licensed work — I will tell you who to call
- If I can't do something I say so, instead of experimenting in your flat
Why it is low risk
The four things people usually worry about
-
I don't know what I'll pay
You get the range in the chat and the exact amount before the first screw. It does not grow during the job.
-
What if he doesn't show up
We agree a specific hour and I confirm it the same morning. If my plans change you get a call, not silence.
-
He'll leave a mess
Sheeting on the furniture, vacuum at the drill, packaging leaves with me. The flat stays liveable.
-
He'll take on something he doesn't know
I don't take work I can't do or that needs a licence — I won't touch gas pipework or the building's incoming supply. I say so in the chat and tell you who to call.

Fill in the request and send it — you stay on the site and it reaches my phone straight away. If you would rather write yourself, WhatsApp is right there.
