You message and call the same people who later stand in your hallway with a drill. We do not pass jobs on to anyone else.
We do small repairs in flats: we started as labourers on renovations and now work as our own crew. We do not pretend to do everything: we will not touch gas pipework or the building's incoming supply, because that is work for a licensed specialist. We will tell you in the chat instead of wasting your day.
We arrive with our own tools, including a vacuum — after drilling there is no grey film left on your books. Shoes come off or covers go on, furniture gets sheeted. That sounds like a detail until someone treads concrete dust into your living room.
We can talk in English, Polish, Ukrainian or Russian, whichever is easier for you. You get a receipt, and a VAT invoice for your company on request.

Rules We keep
- Price agreed before the work — never "let's see at the end"
- A specific hour; if We are late you hear it from us first
- No upselling work you do not need
- Electrical scope is confirmed before the visit; we do not work on gas systems or the building supply connection
- If We can't do something We say so, instead of experimenting in your flat
