    One sentence and a photo is enough. I reply in 15 minutes on average, between 08:00 and 20:00.

    You get a price range

    I give the range and the time in the chat. If a job genuinely cannot be quoted without seeing it, I say so straight away.

    We agree on a time

    A specific hour, not "somewhere between 9 and 5". If I am running late, I call before, not after.

  4. 04

    Price before the work

    On site I confirm the amount. Work starts after your yes — never the other way round.

  5. 05

    I clean up after myself

    Waste, packaging and drilling dust leave with me. What stays is the finished job, not a building site — and I show you exactly what I did.

What people ask most

How much will it cost?
The call-out with the first hour is 199 zł, every further hour started is 129 zł. Most small repairs fit into one or two hours. I give the range in the chat from your description and photo, and the exact amount before the work starts.
How fast can you come?
Usually the same day or the next one. For emergencies — flooding, dead sockets, a jammed door — I come the same day with a 50% surcharge.
Who buys the parts?
Whichever is easier. I can buy them on the way and hand over the receipt with no markup, or work with your materials. Wall plugs, screws, tape and washers are on me and included.
Do you issue an invoice?
Yes, a company invoice on request — send your NIP in the chat. By default you get a receipt.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer, BLIK or cash after the work is done. I do not take deposits for ordinary jobs.
What language can we use?
English, Polish, Ukrainian. Write in yours and I'll reply in the same one.
Do you work weekends?
Yes, every day 08:00–20:00, with no weekend surcharge.
