I charge by the hour, because small repairs do not fit a rigid price list. There is one rate and you know it before the visit.

In the price
- Travel anywhere inside Warsaw
- My own tools: hammer drill, detector, laser level, vacuum
- Consumables: wall plugs, screws, tape, washers
- Cleaning the work area and taking the packaging away
Not in the price
- Parts and materials: mixer, lock, paint, fittings — at receipt price, no markup
- Paid parking in the centre if there is nowhere to stop
- Work requiring a licence: gas installations and the building's incoming supply

Ranges cover labour without parts and all come from one rate: 199 zł for the call-out with the first hour and 129 zł for every further hour. A full day (8 h) is 890 zł — cheaper than the sum of the hours, and I will point that out myself.
