These clauses match how the service is described on the site. Before a commercial launch it is worth confirming them with a lawyer.

Scope of services

I carry out small repairs, installation and service work in residential and office spaces in Warsaw and within a 25 km radius.

I do not carry out work requiring separate licences: gas installations, work on the building's incoming electrical supply, structural work, or work above 3 m.

Quotes

Ranges given in the chat are estimates based on your description and photos. They are not an offer in the legal sense.

The binding amount is agreed before the work starts, on site. If opening up the installation reveals a larger scope, I stop and agree a new amount — I never charge more without your consent.

Settlement

Rate: 199 zł for the call-out with the first hour, 129 zł for every further hour started. Minimum job value: 199 zł.

Same-day arrival: 50% surcharge.

Payment after the work: transfer, BLIK or cash. A receipt as standard, an invoice on request.

Materials

Small fixing materials (wall plugs, screws, tapes, washers) are included in the price of the service.

Parts and finishing materials are bought either by the client or by me — in which case at receipt price, with no markup.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You can move the appointment free of charge up to 3 hours before the agreed time.

If nobody is at the agreed address, the next visit is charged as a new job.

Liability

I am liable for damage caused through my fault during the work.

Before drilling I check the wall with a detector. If services are routed inside the wall against building standards and cannot be detected, damage to them is not grounds for a claim — I flag this risk before starting.
