Drain unblocking

We choose a clearing method suited to the drain and blockage. We use a drain snake and plunger and remove and clean the trap when needed. If the shared stack is affected, we explain that the building manager needs to be contacted.

What’s included

• Sink, bath, shower and toilet unblocked
• Trap removed and flushed out
• Drain snake through the flat's own pipework
• Checked afterwards — We drain a full sink in front of you
