Cleaning is charged by the hour and split into three levels, so you do not pay for square metres with no work in them. Light is dust, floors, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Medium is the deep clean: windows, oven, fridge and the inside of cupboards on top — with no separate surcharge for any of them, it all fits inside the hour. Heavy lives on its own page, because cleaning after building work is a different job. How many hours it takes, we say up front from photos or after a look.
