Sanding dust comes back three times, so we work in stages: dry from the ceilings down, then wet, then windows and details last. We charge by the square metre, so the price does not depend on how much mess the builders left.
What's included
- Vacuuming building dust, ceilings and radiators included
- Removing paint, glue, plaster and silicone residue
- Washing windows, sills and doors after the work
- Carrying rubble bags out to the skip
The call-out is charged once per visit: 79 zł however many jobs you order. Each job has its own fixed price, and anything unusual is charged at 159 zł an hour. Cleaning and moving have their own rates, shown in the estimate.
