Cleaning after renovation

Sanding dust comes back three times, so we work in stages: dry from the ceilings down, then wet, then windows and details last. We charge by the hour and tell you up front how many it will take — from photos or after a look. Heavy rubble and paint runs mean more hours, and we would rather say so before the work than after.

What’s included

• Vacuuming building dust, ceilings and radiators included
• Removing paint, glue, plaster and silicone residue
• Washing windows, sills and doors after the work
• Carrying rubble bags out to the skip

An initial estimate from a description, photos or video is free. A call-out with basic diagnostics costs 246 zł even without a repair; if work proceeds, this amount is included in its price. Extended electrical fault location is priced separately, from 350 zł. The minimum visit is 246 zł; cleaning has a 250 zł minimum and minimum hours. Travel tops labour up to the minimum; chargeable out-of-town mileage is extra. Unlisted repairs: 199 zł/h. Moving: minimum 2 hours, with the first 80 km of the agreed route included in the van rate. Materials are agreed separately.
