The landlord looks at shelf holes, lifted wallpaper and furniture marks, then takes more off the deposit than the repair would cost. We come once: fill the holes, glue the wallpaper back, put the handles where they belong and clean the flat to the state you took it in. One visit, so the call-out is charged once.

The call-out is charged once per visit: 79 zł however many jobs you order. Each job has its own fixed price, and anything unusual is charged at 159 zł an hour. Cleaning and moving have their own rates, shown in the estimate.
